The mattress arrived in a long, narrow box. Once opened (do not use a sharp object to open!), the mattress filled out nicely and without incident! What a lovely surprise!! I like that the company included an opener for releasing the mattress from the packaging. It was included with the product! This mattress does NOT require the use of a box spring. That is a plus! At 14 inches, it has good height for people who require it or for individuals who require that a mattress have more density. It is very comfortable and is not one that becomes deformed after use. The edges of the mattress do not readily compress and become deformed with use. I would caution sitting upon the CORNERS of the mattress, though, as it will not hold weight without ‘giving'; the good news is that it ‘bounces back' with little effort!! This is of little consequence, however and does not affect the overall quality of the mattress! It has plenty of spring and bounce and has performed admirably so far and I highly recommend this product!! This is a HYBRID mattress and the inner springs combined with the memory foam is a winning combination! The mattress will prove to be very comfortable to anyone who has trouble sleeping due to needing more support along the spine or who has back problems. Highly recommend this mattress and I was pleasantly surprised with the quality and price! Setup was easy and was completed without incident with the handy included opener! Once opened, it plumped up as described. You will NOT be disappointed with this purchase!!

This mattress is so much better than the one I just bought for $700 . It has just enough memory foam and then springs. I don’t wake up hurting in the middle of the night and feel much better in the morning. It unrolled upside down that was the only bad thing had to wait until someone got home to turn it over for me. It is heavy in the box!

I was hesitant at first about purchasing this mattress but after reading the reviews decided to buy it. Let me just say, BUY THE MATTRESS!! you will not be disappointed. I give it a 10/10 rating because of its quality of firmness and support. It sleeps good no matter what position you sleep in.

I was not expecting this bed to be as comfortable as it has been. I was upgrading from a twin mattress to a queen. It is a little softer on the sides when you sit on them, so you sink more than when you are in the middle, but that’s a good chunk of mattresses I have noticed.

For a mattress that was originally $400, you'd think the edges could be firmer. That's my only complaint, though. The bed is softer than advertised, so if you need something firmer, I would recommend something else. Overall very comfortable, and well packaged. I had less trouble unboxing it by myself than I thought.

I ordered a King mattress. Not a split king. I get one box, upon opening it's not a king...it's a twin and not the length of what a split king is. Very disappointed and need to contact Walmart to deliver the correct mattress I ordered and paid for. For now it's 1 star and once I get my correct mattress I'll let you know how well Walmart corrected their mistake.

The sides of the mattress is not firm. When you lay on it feels like you are going to roll off. The middle is the only firm part about the mattress. When I unboxed the mattress it already that a stain on it but i used it anyway. This mattress is not for everyday use. If you are a side sleeper do not buy

I've tried to contact Walmart three times now and three times they haven't lied to me saying that they were going to send somebody out here to get this broken mattress. because they put it in a vacuum sealed box but because the customer has to undo it and take it out of the box just to check it but now they don't want to take it back because it's not in a box I don't have a vacuum sealed machine to put it back into a box. so it's fraudulent activity if you buy a mattress from Walmart because that's how they get you they lie and say that it's easy to return it and yet it's been nothing but stressful and draining on my mental state that I might actually have to sue them for therapy. because I've never been this traumatized trying to return a product. the Springs All Around The Edge are broken except for in the middle. Probably from whenever they vacuum sealed it into a box.

This mattress arrived with stains all over over it. Yuck! It had to have occurred at the factory because it was sealed in plastic and as soon as it blew up from being compressed there they were. Be sure to carefully look around to make sure you don't have the same thing.

The package was delivered infested with Bed Bug parasites (Cimex lectularius). I contacted customer service who assured me that this would be resolved within 24 hours due to seriousness of this issue. I called Walmart again this morning. They claimed they had no knowledge of the report. The agent subsequently got frustrated and unilaterally terminated the phone call. I would appear that neither Walmart or the supplier are taking this seriously. You leave me no alternative other than to report this issue to the City of San Antonio in the interest of health and public safety.
