I love them! They send the item to another state first, but I bet FedEx got it mix up and is not sellers fault. Overall I am content with the chairs.

The stools are a great compliment to my kitchen. I purchased them in December online. Assembling was easy, however, afterward the stools weren't sturdy. I took apart and reassemble and they still weren't sturdy. Therefore, I realized in order for the sturdiness I had to adjust the bottom screw. Now February, bolts are falling from the bottom - I weigh 165 lbs and my granddaughter probably 45 lbs the most😳
I really shouldn’t be reviewing this product since it still hasn’t come. The stools are from a third party seller and my stools were shipped to the wrong address even though my correct address is on my account. This was a FED EX mistake and I still haven’t received the stools from the third party seller even though I ordered a few weeks ago. I’m not blaming Walmart for the shipping issue, but I didn’t know the stools were from a third party seller or I may not have ordered through them as I could have ordered the stools from other companies. Just a warning for anyone ordering online from Walmart.
My order says delivered but when I tracked it, it’s been delivered to another address in another state. This is ridiculous and I am completely frustrated due to this matter. This needs to be resolved ASAP.!!!!!!! You guys are scammers!! I placed an order to get delivered to my address but you guys intentionally got it delivered to a whole other address to a whole other state. This is shady shady shady. I will be reporting your company and you will be banned from Walmart. This is completely ridiculous. You guys took my money and ran.
i will never shop with Walmart again they delivered my items to wrong address almost 2000 miles away from where i live, i email and canceled my order and asked money to be refunded but no response and called walmart customer support almost 6 times and they always said wait 48 hours to get response during this time i got the shipment even after canceling, i called again to pickup there merchandise, they promise to send return label. today is 3rd day after talking to Walmart representative and nothing yet and no refund of my money 😡😡
I ordered these and never received them. They were delivered to an address 1200 miles away and I have yet to receive my refund. Reordered exact stools from Amazon which I should have done in the first place. It was my first time ordering from Walmart and my last!
