This vest is fantastic! To walk with or just to do chores around the house. It helps to strengthen my shoulders and mid back section to align at the same time. Even my lower back benefits from the same weight, without making extremes moves. Highly recommended.

Great item. Was purchased for my son. He likes it and he uses it every day while exercising. I also borrow it from him sometimes while walking. It is 18 lbs. Well made and easy to put on.

Nice vest! When running, just hold on to the vertical straps, because the vest will bounce up and down no matter how much you tighten it, which might gradually tear the straps. Not a problem, as other vests have the same issue.

I actually purchased this for anxiety purposes and not exercise. You know weighted blankets are so popular? Well we can't walk around with them! It's very heavy I'm 5'7 115lbs so for running I would go 10 lbs lighter. But for panic attacks and overall stressed I come home put it on and it's so heavy it immediately relieves all the tension from shoulders- we don't even realize how tense we walk around until you put something like this on. I love the design and the snaps it fits very snuggly. It had a strong rubber smell when I first opened it so I left it outside in the sun for a day and it's better. Great purchase!

Got this for me but it was too heavy, gave it to the hubby. He really likes it, says it is comfortable and doesn't move around when jogging. The material is thin which is a concern for longevity, and it is not adjustable weight which is frustrating, but great for the price. Hope it lasts.

I have worn it 5 times and the chest strap broke.

The adjustable latch runs small my husband was unable to wear properly. However I was able to secure the vest . Also the latch fell off after just one use .

Here's my honest opion about this product. I woulnt buy it again and highly woudnt recommend it to anyone for 2 hard facts, first the weight inside IS actually river sand if anyone wanted to know. And river sand weight vests are not only more proned to ofer but also once there's a small tare its all done for or just garbage. And second I'm personally a big resistance training inthuist so in matters of going long distance running with a durable weight vest on me, i expect 100% durablity. The tighing of the strap does eventually make a small tare the tighter you pull it do to secureness against your body with the weight vest. Do yourself a favor and save your money and do your research on a better quality weight vest.
