I wish the palm pad was a little longer — maybe I should have bought a larger size, but my wrists are slim so it fits well there. And if didn't use the thicker, neoprene dumbbells, these might be just fine. But the added girth makes it a little challenging to get enough pad around the dumbbell for me to confidentially feel that the strap and my arm, and NOT my fingers and hand, are doing the lifting. It is an improvement from nothing, but I am going to try the hooks next.

I originally had a medium and the velcro was wearing out because it was a little on the big side of me. So I downsized and it fits perfect. The grip is durable and does what it's intended!

Grips help out with being able to load heavier with out worrying about grips strength. Able to feel workouts more in the back

Does the job perfectly. Never slips on me. Slight discomfort mear wrist when pulling really heavy but that is expected with heavy weight.

First, these grips are well built and they grip amazing! It's great to be able to focus on whichever pull movement you're doing without having to worry on your grip. Only reason for the four stars instead of five is because I measured my wrist per the size chart and ordered the appropriate size. They run a little big, and I ended up with a pretty good tag end dangling once they are velcro'd tight. But this is very minor in comparison to how well they are made and how well they grip.

These lifting grips are a bit too big for my hand size. When I went to the gym these were flopping around my hand really loosely. I would have to purchase these again in medium or if customer care support can give me a refund or send me a medium size lifting grips that would be awesome! Thank you again!
