Noticed a lot less hot flashes

The product consist of small delicious gummies. I was having severe hot flashes so I read the reviews left by other consumers and was hoping for an instant reduction in hot flashes like some of the other reviewers. The results for me were not instantaneous, but I have been taken the product for a month and have seen a significant reduction in hot flashes. I will continue taking this product in hopes that the reduction will eventually become the elimination of hot flashes all together. I know the Lord led me to this product because I was definitely praying for help.
