Under promise over deliver
My wife and I love Fox's U-Bet chocolate syrup. We just opened our last bottle and went online to order some more. Our search led us to Jet.com which we were not familiar with. They had the best price and as far as the free delivery, they under promised and over delivered. We had our order two days sooner than promised. Thanks Jet.com

What I liked was that this original Fox's U-Bet is still available, and continues to be far better than the new version. what I didn't like was that you declared the delivery made on November 4th, sent me two notices that it was officially delivered, when in fact, it was delivered on the 9th. The deep dive I had to take to discuss this with ANYONE who could help or clarify why my item was declared delivered, when it wasn't, was not pleasant. although when I finally found someone to help me, he was very pleasant. Your company follow up was a non-event, and then suddenly delivery on the 9th. Bad form..bad business model.
