Out of all of my easels....A-Frames to traditional table tops and even a clamp-on table easel, this is by far the most sturdy one. It secures easels perfectly, no modifications needed. The price was surprisingly awesome!

The easel is very nice for casual use. But while assembling it I noticed that the hinges supplied are of inferior quality. If you used it a lot or transported it they are the weak point. The manufacturer should add a couple bucks to the price and supply a better quality of hinges. Outside of that its pretty nice for the money.

It's a very nice easel, and for the $84 discount, I had to have it. There is only one thing that I would recommend that the builder charge about it. There are three shelves that hold the two paintings in place. The middle shelf has a one-sided shelf to it, so one of the paintings will sit on a very narrow edge. If it was a duel sided shelf, it would be perfect. I'm sure the builder/designer would understand this. It only requires an extra piece of wood and two screws. But I'm not complaining, that just an observation. It still works fine as it is. Thank you for creating such a nice product for a very affordable price. It will last for many years to come.

The easel I received is not the brand I ordered (I received a Yacona). The box arrived with a gaping hole but miraculously the loose parts didn’t fall out. On the plus side the easel arrived mostly pre-assembled; however I found the instructions for the unassembled parts to be confusing. I haven’t used yet but it appears to be suitable for a beginning painter.

My first impression was that the easel is usable, but basic. After using it for a few weeks I find the easel is cumbersome. Extending or retracting the center post is awkward, the pieces do not glide smoothly. The knobs to tighten the horizontal/vertical section do not hold tight, and the wheels have trouble rolling no-pile carpeting.

I bought this less than a week ago and it has already broken twice. First the support strapped in three pieces and now the wheel has cracked. This thing is cheap crap!!!

Nice easel, terrible vendor. Purchased for an anniversary gift, arrived 5 days late. No available tracking information. No response to my inquiries.
