i was using these every morning and didnt know if they were helping. i missed 2 days in a row and realized how tired i was. literally dragging butt. Went back to using these hydrogen tablets and I'm not going to be without again. 100% recommend.

I just want to say that this product has been a blessing. I haven't had any cramps in awhile and also haven't had to take Ibuprofen the whole time I've been using it. I'm still wondering if it has helped even a little bit with weight loss

Dissolve s quick in water and tastes great.

The tablet creates a very fresh tasting water. I am just disappointed that sometimes it doesn't fully dissolve.

These do not dissolve completely in the designated time. And there is a metallic aftertaste that is bothersome to me. Can't say that I saw any benefit from the limited use I've made of this product. Will update this review if that changes. But getting past that aftertaste makes me avoid taking it.

advertised as 12 ppm. product incert says 8 ppm. bait and switch?

I didn't like the taste of it.after drinkinking metallic taste in my mouse.I stopped taking it after one tablet. Next day I had horrible pain in my calf..because of that I am afraid to use those tablet. I would like to return the and get my money back ., if possible

caused me to have diarrhea.
