I have been taking these for almost three weeks now and I have not had the pain that I was having. I still will feel a little bit of discomfort once in a while but not any pain. I am on my feet all day for work and if it wasn't for this product, I would not be able to make it all day. I think my skin has been looking better too! I am noticing less lingering red marks and less inflammation on my face. The pills themselves are a bit large and taking 3 per morning feels like a lot! Also, you have to eat with them or you will get a tummy ache! I think these are worth it, especially if you don't already take a multivitamin (which I do).

They're also supposed to be good for your skin. Haven't noticed any change there but it is my first month taking them.
