My husband is quitting smoking and uses this gum. He says the gum is effective because it has a more medicine taste. Which helps with using gum to completely stop using all aids to quit.

I have tried many nicotine products in the past and this one is pretty good. It’s a coated mint flavor gum. The taste of mint does not last very long but that’s not what the gum is for. First the taste is better than any of the other nicotine gums I've tried. It has a little bit of chemical taste but the fruit flavor helps. That's a huge plus! I've been using it as suggested and it does help with cravings but I'm still smoking a couple a day. I plan to stick with it and hopefully I can kick this horrible habit.
