Purchased at the request of my husband who has been using tobacco for 50 years. He started with the 4mg Habitol Mint gum and has been successful. He is motivated to improve his health. Yesterday, he asked me to order his second box and to order the exact same. He is pleased with the results and will continue to use. I am pleased with price as it $17 -$20 less then the other brand. He did mention the flavor of the gum is not long lasting but it works.

OK, I’m just going to say it. I know vaping isn’t great. But after smoking for years, it was my gateway out, and that alone felt like a win. First of all, the fruit flavor is actually good. Not weirdly medicinal, not overpowering, and definitely not giving “old school nicotine gum” vibes. It’s subtle but fresh and I don’t feel like I need to chase it with water immediately. I’ve been using it when cravings hit, especially during my usual vape triggers, and it really does take the edge off. It feels strong enough to calm that “I need it right now” feeling without making me feel jittery or gross. It’s also a gum so no one around you will know! Is quitting easy? No. But this makes it feel doable. If you’re trying to step down from smoking or vaping and want something for the cravings, this is worth the try!

Tastes and works as well as the other name brand nicotine gum. At a much lower price. Have recommended to two people I work with already and they agree. Sure helps get through the day.

I tried this product when I was having cravings and it most definitely put nicotine into my system and took the edge off so I didn't smoke. The flavor is pretty good (not like licking an ashtray as others taste). Overall a great stop smoking product!

I loved this product as a smoker it helped me with my cravings almost to the point where I didn’t need to smoke. Also the flavor is good compared other nicotine gums I have tried. The price point onthis product is a little high but definitely worth it in the end. I highly recommend it if you’re trying to cut down or quit smoking!

This gum tastes good, that was my main concern. I have seen it for sale at Walmart so I may buy in the future. I have tried all kinds of products to help me quit smoking, and this really helps with your nicotine cravings! I am glad I got the chance to try this before buying :) thanks to home tester club:) my advice would be give this a try and stick with it to help you cut down and hopefully quit! There are also other flavors to try such as Fruit, and Cinninon!

Smoking is hard to quit no doubt but habitrol has a great flavor and good taste and easy to use. I work ten hours a day and started chew then, it made it a lot easier to quit at work then it does to be home around others who smoke. I quit when I'm at work but still working on it when I'm off. I've cut back to 12 cigarettes a day which is far better than the 2 packs a day, I will keep going till I stop. Thank you HTC and Habitrol.

I got this for free for a review of the product. If you're wanting to quit smoking, I will say this helps. You use it when you're having a nicotine craving. You just bite into it when having cravings, do not just chew it. It does help with the cravings & would be beneficial if you're serious about quitting.

The time to quit fully will take some time and dedication at least 12 weeks. In my first week I found the Mint flavor coating of gum is flavorful, however it does get a little pepper/metallic taste after chewing a bit. You can easily push it aside in mouth and it'll subside. It's recommended to chew 1 piece every 2 hours for the first 6 weeks. You'll notice a decrease in craving, but will still crave the habit of something in hand to mouth. I just grabbed my phone and reviewed stuff to keep me busy. I haven't felt a big difference yet, still want one but I will continue to try the full 12 weeks. Also no nausea or headaches. Hope to stay focused and go the distance. Recommend it's easy to do.

I tried habitrol mint gum as a smoking cessation aid and i had mixed feelings about the experience. The biggest issue i had was nausea. Shortly after using it, I consistently felt queasy, which made it hard to continue to take it. I also wasnt prepared for the strong, spicy, peppery sensation in the mouth. Another downside was the texture and freshness, the gum felt somewhat stale and firm. I wouldnt purchase on my own, I thought nicotine gum was a cool way to get over smoking, however now that I have tried nicotine gum, I know I dont even like nicotine that much. The cloves I smoke have way less nicotine than a piece of gum.
