Habitrol works great! I actually liked the flavor. It didn't have any weird after taste. The flavor lasted a long time. I didn't have any cigarette cravings starting day 2. This is the longest I've been able to go without smoking. It's incredible! I will definitely keep chewing to stay smoke free.

I tried this product when I was having cravings and it most definitely put nicotine into my system and took the edge off so I didn't smoke. The flavor is pretty good (not like licking an ashtray as others taste). Overall a great stop smoking product!

Habitrol Nicotine Gum seems to be helping so far. The box comes with 15 days worth of gum but it takes 6-8 weeks or so to actually help you quit, so I would need to buy more to get the full regimen. I was eager to try Habitrol Nicotine gum to see if it can at least help me cut back smoking with the hope to quit. I know smoking is a bad habit and not good for your health-actually wished that I wouldn't have started again, but unfortunately did so. The gum is packaged in individual blister packs that can be torn off for on the go and popped out when needed. Can discreetly grab a piece without anyone knowing it's nicotine. Easy to use, chew until notice a tingle, move gum to gum line, start to chew again when the tingle decreases. It has a good texture and mild fruity flavor. Not a nasty after taste being sugar free. At first I did have a difficult time trying to get it to stay put in the gum line where I wanted it, but got the hang of it. I admit I am not totally ready to quit yet, but want to cut back and needed something for when lighting up a smoke is not plausible such a social situations; or on plane. It has helped curved the cravings and started using even at home.

This gum tastes very fruity! I have been using it at work and trying to quit smoking! It defiantly helps my cravings a lot! Honestly I give this gum a 9/10 and it really works! I think eventually by the end of the box I will be completely quit smoking!
