I found the circle shape sticks better because it does not have corners to get caught on clothing. I did not find a difference in the quality of this brand compared to other brands. I'm starting my week four without smoking after many years of being a heavy smoker, and the patches are a huge help.
Love these! Nicoderm and other name Brands dong stick well and are coming off within a couple hours or wear, but these last through my showers! Hands down, the best.
you put the patch on and it stays there does not come off even in the shower but will come off when you need to take it off pretty easily only 2 dollars more than equate brand buy it
I just moved on to Step 2 of the nicotine patches, and I'm honestly so proud of how far I've come. I was a little nervous dropping down to the lower dose because I thought the cravings might come back, but it's been a smooth transition so far. I still wake up in the mornings not really wanting a cigarette — and most days, I don't even think about smoking at all. The few times I do get the urge (usually out of habit, like after meals or driving), it's way easier to brush it off than it used to be. The patches have made the whole process so much more manageable. I feel more like myself again — clearer, calmer, and honestly just proud that I've stuck with it. If Step 1 gave me hope, Step 2 is giving me confidence. I can already tell my body is adjusting, and I'm really excited to see how good I'll feel moving into the next step.
I started using the Habitrol Nicotine Patch (Step 2) as part of my journey to quit smoking, and it has really helped me control my cravings. The patch stays in place all day and delivers nicotine consistently, which makes the transition easier. I noticed a big reduction in anxiety and irritability compared to other methods I’ve tried. It’s also gentle on the skin, and I like that it comes in child-resistant packaging. I definitely recommend it for anyone serious about quitting smoking gradually and safely.
I really enjoyed this. I liked that the first habitual kit had a higher dose and then a gradual lowering of nicotine. Easy to stick on skin, not messy or sticky. I could take it anywhere. I noticed that I wasn’t even cracmving a smoke break except for maybe 2x a day morning and evening. It’s getting a lot easier. Thanks to habitrol
I’ve been on Step 2 for a couple of weeks now, and it’s definitely helping. My cravings are more manageable and my anxiety has been way better than it was on Step 1 which is a huge relief. The patch sticks well and stays on through showers but it can irritate my skin sometimes and is a little noticeable under clothes. Overall it’s working for me just wish it was a bit gentler on the skin.
Overall, this product was ok. It didn't keep me from wanting cigarettes fully. I feel like I should have started with the higher step. I've tried other nicotine patches and they would fall off a lot easier. These stayed on alright for the most part. They didn't irritate my skin much unless I kept it on a little too long. With cigarettes getting so expensive I need to quit. I don't smoke a whole lot, but any is too many.
I wish I could say that quitting using nicotine got easier for me but here is where I fell off my path of keeping the patches on and keeping a journal on how I was doing with them. I had a stressful event in life occur which led me back to using nicotine regularly. It’s unfortunate as I truly want to stop using nicotine. I have emphysema and I hate the shortness of breath on and off. I plan on retrying nicotine patches in the near future. Thanks so much for this opportunity.
After using these I began having pretty bad headaches. I began to feel nauseated and I did not like it. It also made it difficult to use the bathroom....
