Now we are on the milder aspect of quitting. Cravings are less and i am cheating on quitting much much less with these patches as i did with the others before. I have more energy and my breathing is cleaner or am i tripping. Very easy to use and last 24 hours.
I just moved on to Step 2 of the nicotine patches, and I'm honestly so proud of how far I've come. I was a little nervous dropping down to the lower dose because I thought the cravings might come back, but it's been a smooth transition so far. I still wake up in the mornings not really wanting a cigarette — and most days, I don't even think about smoking at all. The few times I do get the urge (usually out of habit, like after meals or driving), it's way easier to brush it off than it used to be. The patches have made the whole process so much more manageable. I feel more like myself again — clearer, calmer, and honestly just proud that I've stuck with it. If Step 1 gave me hope, Step 2 is giving me confidence. I can already tell my body is adjusting, and I'm really excited to see how good I'll feel moving into the next step.
the first few days were a little rough, cravings and a little bit of nausea. after the 5th day I was feeling better, had more energy, was able to breathe haha, still a bit of nausea but it was tolerable. I haven't smoked since starting this product, now I don't crave anything and I'm very grateful for this opportunity! would definitely recommend!
This brand of patches has been working exceptionally well, I haven't felt any cravings since starting. I am very happy to be done with smoking and these have definitely been exactly what I needed for the journey. These patches stay on all day with no peeling. I would definitely recommend.
The 2nd week kit was really helpful in with my goal to stop vaping. I could definitely tell the decrease in nicotine but it wasn't unbearable. I am still keeping my mind strong and working through it with the help of these excellent nicotine patches from Habitrol.
I've switched to the Habitrol 14-mg patch (Step 2) and the cravings are still there (they don't disappear overnight) but they are quieter. The cravings don't vanish, let's be real, but they have softened. My “I gotta smoke now” moments are more “Okay, breathe, I've got this”. I like that the patch is super easy peel, stick, go.
I've been on Step 2 for a couple of weeks now, and it's definitely helping. My cravings are more manageable and my anxiety has been way better than it was on Step 1 which is a huge relief. The patch sticks well and stays on through showers but it can irritate my skin sometimes and is a little noticeable under clothes. Overall it's working for me just wish it was a bit gentler on the skin.
Overall, this product was ok. It didn't keep me from wanting cigarettes fully. I feel like I should have started with the higher step. I've tried other nicotine patches and they would fall off a lot easier. These stayed on alright for the most part. They didn't irritate my skin much unless I kept it on a little too long. With cigarettes getting so expensive I need to quit. I don't smoke a whole lot, but any is too many.
I've never tried anything like this product before and wasn't sure what to expect. It was a bit more intense than I had thought not being a large nicotine user. I would prefer lower mg levels for my personal experience
I got the item with a strangers name on it (a prescription sticker from a pharmacy) The sticker did not stick well?'c I had to stick it on with medical tape. When I took it off it made a red mark on my skin that did not come off for months. Plus it made me super itchy. Don't recommend
