The Habitrol patches are far more better quality than other patches. I have tried. I have tried the generic “Nicotine Transdermal System,” “Kroger Nicotine patches,” “Nicoderm,” and the “Equate.” These patches did not work out for me because they would make me irritable and I would feel not well and had strong cravings. I ended up picking up vaping over and over again after years of trying to break the habit and then turning back to it. I am now over two weeks free from vaping and I thank the Habitrol for helping me successfully taper off and quit. Also, I vaped ongoing, all day long- probably every two hours or so, and heavily in the morning and night. I started at only 7mg and this was the right dose for me. So, this will be easy to fully taper off the patch feom in the long run through this. I definitely recommend this product. Thank you!

I am truly grateful to have found these Habitrol nicotine patches. I am still going strong and this is huge for me as I have been a smoker for over 15 years. This product definitely made the process of quitting possible. I did have to take steps to stay away from smokers, so I wouldn't be tempted, and to keep myself busy so I wasn't focused on smoking but now I can't stand the smell or taste of cigarettes. I'm still a little nervous about not having anymore nicotine patches but I feel confident that I can continue being a non-smoker.

I have tested the patches as instructed. Overall they work and I have cut back tremendously. The only issue I have had which is for all steps is the product doesn't stay stuck on my skin for 24 hours. I recommend that the company finds a different adhesive because it wasn't up to par

So I finished all three steps, and I'm not smoking but I'm still craving a cigarette, but I think it's the routine I miss. I think they did help with sleep and the withdrawal feelings, but it's still not easy. I wouldn't have been able to do it without the patches though, so I give it 5 stars. My only issue is the size is too big and the material isn't as good as the clear patches, because if you sweat a lot or take a shower, it comes off or starts to peel a bit faster than the clear patches. So I give it 4 stars. I would definitely recommend.

I really wanted this system to work. It does cut down on cravings. I had considerable less headaches with the patches as compared to quitting "cold turkey". I just found i still did have a craving for an actual cigarette. The actual act of it can be more of a habit than the nicotine at times. Overall it definitely will work for some people because I did notice positive effects.

I am not a fan of this product. I wore the patches daily but the urge to smoke was still present. I recommend the dosage of each patch being increased for someone who really wants to quit smoking.
