Worth watching again and again
This is a very touch story based on a real life occurrence. Not a full fledged tear jerker, but you may get choked up especially if you're a dog lover. It's a good family movie

For dog lovers.
I loved the story line. Excelllent acting and for families. You'll probably cry at this dogs devotion to his owner. A wonderful family movie. There should be more like this.

Best movie I have seen in ten years...
Best movie I have seen in ten years - and I don't even like dogs. Walmart.com delivery and pickup at my local store was convenient and fast. No fuss; no muss [whatever that means].

Wonderful family movie
Hachi's loyalty was unbelievable! Have a box of tissue's handy! This is based on a true story that happened in Japan about 72 yrs. ago.

This movie is a must see for those that can feel and get into the movie. It shows loyalty and sadness with all the love you would expect.

If you are a dog lover, THIS is the movie for you!
Without giving it away, this movie is based upon the true story of the connection between one person and one VERY LOYAL, VERY DEVOTED Akita. The best "dog movie" since Old Yeller.

A Heart-Warming, Touching Story
This movie is so heart-warming and sweet. You'll find yourself saying "Awww" through out the movie. I did!!! Hachi was such an adorable puppy!!!! I love animals and I found his bond with his master very sweet. It's a great movie, though the ending is very sad. Definitely a MUST see!!!

Very, Very heartfelt movie.
This movie hits home. It is a very heart tugging movie. Have the kleenex ready. You will see just how this dog life was. I would recommend this movie to anyone. I will be ordering this movie for gift's. What a wonderful job everyone did on the telling of Hachi life.
