Just wished there were more available. Purchased 1 pair and now all sizes and lengths are out of stock. Makes one wonder whether Haggar is going out of business.
Great pants. I appreciate the long zipper. I wish for only one thing: a fifth pocket, like nicer trousers have—that little change pocket inside the right front pocket. I use that little pocket a lot, and I miss it in the Haggar pants. Oh, and the button hole on the fly is too snug; it is very difficult to get the button through it. So I cut it a little more with a knife. Now it works.
These pants are versatile, well-made, and always look good. They reject wrinkles, looked pressed and sharp right out of the dryer. The material is very comfortable, and good to wear in all seasons. The construction of this garment is strong, and well thought out. They last and last. Ithey came in British khaki, black, and military green, I don't think I would need any other pants. They may be denim, but they go with sweaters or spirt coats, too. Keep making them, and expand the color choices! A super product!
This is one of the few jean styles that actually fit my Big & Tall husband. And they always look so nice with that permanent crease.
Saw another guy wearing these and finally found them online. So great with stretch denim, nice color, stretch waist band...and especially the permanent fore and aft creases.
My husband is from the 1950's. He doesn't want stonewashed or baggy or ripped denim. He wears his jeans everywhere with a knife crease in the front. We hope these are NEVER discontinued
They are always sized properly. The fabric is always the same good quality. Length sizes need to have more choices. Older men are shrinking & need shorter trousers. It is expensive to have someone hem them.
The button holes are too tight. Each hole had to be altered. The wallet pocket allowed my wallet in, but removal was impaired by the button inside as well as the pocket width made it very hard to remove the wallet. Great pants after altering.
The overall quality of the denims are satisfactory, however on each pair you receive you have to cut-out the button hole in order to button your pants
The Good: Packaging was sufficient. Color, Material and Fit are great. The Bad: Could not button the trousers. Button hole was much too small for the button. I had to cut the button hole larger approximately 1/4". Button is too sharp/flat on the edge making it increasingly harder to fit through the button hole. The button should be rounded and smooth on the edge. I have been purchasing Haggar Denim Trousers for several years. If this latest purchase is supposed to be an upgrade, it went the wrong way. I will not be purchasing any more of this product until Haggar management and quality control can assure me that this problem has been remedied.
