Haier 16.0 Cu. Ft. 4 Door Bottom Freezer Refrigerator Stainless Steel

In love with my new refrigerator. seemed a bit small from the previous bottom freezer refrigerator that I had but overall it is very spacious and I love it!!!

This is my 2nd time owning this same model refridge ....1st one developed a issue that Haier's technicians could not find ....Haier then replaced my 2 yr. old unit with a brand new refridge .....I know the issue with the 1st one was a simple fix ----- anyway customer service is fantastic and I really like this refridge ...its great all the way around ... For the price ya cant beat it .....5-stars

I bought this fridge a month ago worried it was going to be too small. Yes it is small, but it is just perfect for our family. It's aligned with the cabinets which is what I wanted. I have a freezer in the garage for stocking up on meats and veggies.

We have had the refrigerator for about a month and it works great. There are no weird cold spots like we have had with other refrigerators. The size is absolutely perfect for the cut-out, it looks like a built in! This size is very hard to find so we were thrilled that it looks and works so well. There are no ice and water dispensers which is exactly what we wanted - no leaking issues to worry about.

Looks nice and works well…but it's not very spacious and I can't fit my water pitcher in there without forcing it and making the shelves shove upward. There are two levels that can be utilized to adjust the middle shelf…but, bless my heart, they are completely useless because it makes no improvement.

I love this refrigerator. There is only one thing I would change and that is how it streaks when you wipe it off. Fridge is very roomy and I love the fact that it has two separate freezer sections with drawers.

Buyers be aware. As many other reviewers said below, this is a refrigerator only lasting less than four years. Mine stopped working right around 4 years. While most other major appliance manufacturers offer 5 years of sealed system warranty, such as compressor, evaporator, etc., this one only has one year warranty. This shows their confidences in the reliability of this product.

It worked well at first but then stopped cooling after 2.5 years. Service guy told me it is not fixable and I shall just go buy a new one, I am very disappointed.

Purchased this model three years ago. Fan stopped getting enough power to run. Parts would cost half the fridge cost. Do not recommend unless you are okay with it breaking in three years. Cheap fridge, expensive parts

Purchased Nov 2019. Has never been cold enough, above 40 degrees, food spoils. I've pent so much money on replacing food plus sick from spoiled items. Had service here twice and now waiting for parts, some apparantly aren't available..here it is a year later and I basically have little healthy use. I'm on social security and cannot afford what this bad low quality refridgerator has cost me more in illness and wasted food plus having to dine out. With COVID, dining out is not a vialble option. I have nevre had a worse product.
