Highly recommended.
Great small unit that works efficiently and is also very energy-efficient. This fan is quiet and perfect for any room. I highly recommend it; its value is proving to be a life-saver especially for my cat. The price can't be beat. I love this A/C unit. Smart choice with this purchase.

Excellent delivery time %26 installation service.
Ordered on 5/11 and got within 2 days. Love your shipping update! It is small enough that I can roll the box up a flight of stairs, and I am 68! Walmart offers an installation service at $88 exxtra which is reasonable, because somewhere else, that is at least $100 for installation. The only thing is that I want to resched the installation date and the Angi app for the installers is not doing it. Thanks Walmart!

Quiet, Cost Effective, Smaller Form Factor
These air conditioners are quiet and easy to install! They are a slightly smaller form factor which I needed to replace a large casement window that was 15 years old and 12,000 BTU. This tiny little 5000 BTU does the same job but costs less and is so quiet. I barely remember it is in the room.

It's a good air conditioner
If your window isn't perfectly straight the air conditioner goes in at a weird tilt and lets rain in, but other than that it works and it's cold, no complaints. Though when it was delivered it had a dent in it but it hasn't affected how it blows air.

This a great air conditioner at a great price.I now have 2 of these in different sizes.I think its a very good brand because the name brands i bought had to be returned. I recommend this product.

needs thicker plastic, but cools good
works great blows cold air, keeps room very cold! the plastic accordion style material on the side of the AC unit is very thin. I live in Florida and that makes a big difference. I'll probably have to replace it or put insulation on both sides of it, i have a big space that needs filling.
