Works Great, Keeps Our Livingroom Cool With No Problems

I got the air conditioner at a great price and it does everything it claims to do. I am very happy with the air conditioner.

Unit weighs 75 lbs, and requires standard window installation. This is my 2nd Haier air conditioner (first one is still upstairs, doing great). ALL air conditioners are too loud, but I will say this: this ones "Low" is Significantly quieter than its "High", so I cool the entire first floor, including kitchen, then kick it down to low. I've had good luck with Haier.

GOT this a week ago, works great! I IT cools half of my 1000 square ft. home . I keep the temperature at 72° during the day ,and put at 68° at night,with a fan( to pull cool air) in hallway to get my bedroom comfortable for the night! I live in Central Florida and it's been one hot summer !!

Very nice the only problem I have is none of these ac's seem to have a valve to add freon to them, is everything a throw away nowadays

I have this in a window in my office. I have to turn it off to hear people across the room. Definitely cools the room just too loud.

The delivery from Wal Mart was fine. Upon opening the box I noticed the air condenser side of the air conditioner that face out, what you see from outside had no protection over the radiator fins. I thought this was a defect so I called Haier Customer Service. I got a CSR that was located in the Phillipines and was very pleasant and polite but really did not know a thing about what I was concerned about. She kept having to ask a supervisor what to do. After several back and forths, she told me I had to take a picture of what I was concerned about and someone would call me later that day. Waited till afternoon did not receive a call and returned the unit back to my Local Wal Mart which was no easy task because of the weight and size. Brought it back to Wal Mart and asked for help to take it into the store, they gave me a flat cart and said be careful. I told them I needed help to lift it. They finally got me this young man who went out with me and just stood there with the cart. He tells me I will hold the cart while you put it on . I had a "spiritual talk with him" and we bot got it loaded on the cart. To make a long story short Haire called me the following day and said that everything was the way it should be with the unit I bought. I told them "no worries"I had returned the unit yesterday. Haier offers poor customer service and attention. They would be well served to include some type of protection screen or grate on the most fragile part of the air conditioner. You make the decision, you have many others to choose from. Hope this was helpful to someone. Wal Mart should also show "all" angles of the units they are selling , top, bottom, sides, front and back it can make a difference and save them and the customer a lot of grief and time.
