Effective
It has good capacity, three insertion pieces, and a reliable pump. I've used it quite a bit for constipation and the pressure is great, the comfort of the insert is great as well. Just seems like a good product for the price.

it is the best way to clean the bum.

the opening at end of the nozzle that's does into the body was extremely small. the twist top was difficult for me to twist so the pump would come up. I wish the pump handles wasn't shipped with them pushed down and locked bc some customers such as myself have arthritic hands.

Leaks
The lid must be put on super tight and the hose must be put on the lid nossle correctly. It is square and will leak badly of not settled properly. It pumps and is not a squeeze bottle. I like the hose idea, but i wish it was a bit longer.
