Received the product as promised. I used to get my hair dyed professionally years ago. After reading the reviews, I decided I would try this product and start dying my hair again. I have never actually dyed my hair before, so this is a first for me and I must say, so far, my hair came out great. I have stubborn grey on the left side of my head, mostly with my sideburns and this product knocked that grey right out. I will have to wait and see how long it actually takes before my grey starts (up to 30 days) to return before the next application. I will update this review if any issues develop.

I usually use semi permanent dye to cover my Greys which lasts less than a week before it shows again which was very frustrating. I decided to give this black dye shampoo a try and I was amazed! Two weeks and no sign of grey on my hairline. I was so excited and introduced to most of my friends. Great product. I have natural African American hair so I use two packs to get the job done!

I like that it covers my gray only thing is I don't like that it's stains my portions of my hands and fingers %26 forehead... But over all I like it...

Instructions are poor and only one set of gloves is given. However after just one application my grey was covered. Coverage duration is about the same as going to an expensive salon without the expensive prices. I would definitely recommend to anyone who is willing to sit at home for 20 minutes and watch the grey disappear.

It works well not happy with the smell of it
