I bought this shampoo and conditioner as the shampoo and conditioner I was using was making my hair thin and fall out. I used Hair Food about a week and noticed new hair coming in. I continued using and noticed that my shirts and jackets were not full of hair nor were my brushes. I recommend

This is by far the best conditioner I have ever used! And you only have to use a dime amount. Totally worth the price!

I don't leave reviews, but I'm hoping whoever needs to see this does. . . BUY IT!!! I have very thick curly hair and I've always struggled with detangling. The shampoo has a great lather with none of the harmful chemicals and the conditioner is perfect for detangling. I noticed less snagging/tangling and for the first time my brush glided thru my hair easily. I'm in love and will definitely purchase again. Highly recommend!

I have 2 preschooler's with African American hair. I've tried so many different conditioner's, leave in conditioner's, oils and nothing seemed to absorb into their hair.. I recently purchased Hair food conditioner for the first time. This conditioner is amazing! I use it as a leave in conditioner. I used a good amount and I mixed it with some water each time I added conditioner onto my hands, then I gently worked it into my daughter's hair. I applied a decent amount to ensure their thick hair was fully moisturized. When their hair dried the conditioner left a texture similar to a light gel but it's not sticky at all. It kept the curls tight and in place all day long. I've only used it twice now, so I don't know the long term affects but I will say, this conditioner removed all of the knots and detangled my daughter's very thick and kinky hair completely while I applied the product. I didn't need to brush their hair at all.. Sounds too good to be true? I know, trust me, I've been going through products for way too long.. But this conditioner is the holy grail! Hopefully I don't curse myself now and run into the product being out of stock every time I need to buy it! I'm just hoping I help out some very frustrated mother's, looking for a product worth buying for African American hair. @Hair Food Smooth Conditioner, Please don't ever change this formula!

I Use the shampoo and conditioner to go with it makes my hair feel good makes my scalp feel good they don't have used animals either to Test the product sans great product

This is the BEST detangling conditioner I've ever used!! I lose less hair as I can finger comb in the shower vs. needing to tug thru my hair with a comb afterwards.

I really like this shampoo and the matching conditioner. It smells amazing and leaves my hair feeling soft. I like the packaging and the pumps. There's even a transparent window on the side of the bottle that shows you how low the product is getting. My only gripe is that they don't fill the bottles all the way up. Because these bottles are smaller and a bit pricier than other drugstore shampoos and conditioners, it would be nice if they were filled all the way up. The photo included is a brand new bottle.

This conditioner leaves my hair feeling so smooth and smells so good. Ive gotten compliments on both the feel of my hair and the smell of it after using this conditioner. I feel much better knowing that there are no dyes or sulfates that Im putting in my hair now. When it arrived though, I was disappointed to see that it wasnt a full 10 oz bottle. It wasnt filled to the top like I had thought it would be. It was missing about a half in to an inch of conditioner. Same thing applies to the shampoo. Thats the only reason Im giving it 4 stars, otherwise great product.

I bought this shampoo because I need frizz and slight damage control. This shampoo and conditioner made it ten times worse. My hair feels matted and heavy, it's impossible to completely rinse this product out and I have a hard time brushing it and getting it to dry.
