This is a cheap knock off !!! Not the YES that I ordered 😡 I had my last YES for many years. Shame on you for selling a knock off for the real thing !!! My original one is on the left in the picture below. The one I received has no markings and is 1/3 of the weight of the original.

The item was a”YES” replica and run much louder than the original version. Does not even have a brand name on the item as shown on the display. I was not very impressed.

I was somewhat disappointed to find that the product I received was a knockoff, with no branding on the actual product at all. There was no interior packaging to keep the pieces neat. Due to the way it was shipped, the box was smashed and everything rattled loosely in it. The cord was wrapped with a twist-tie, not like in the shot above. It's obvious to me that this product had been opened and not repackaged properly. I have no clue if it will work well, but will give it a try. I've bought from Walmart before and never had a problem like this. I will definitely hesitate before making any more purchases! NOTE: I was not able to upload the photo of the product. It was not too large, and it was a .jpg. So I assume proof is not accepted!

there is nothing I like. it is not what I am looking for. The boxes were smashed. And very loud. Also it pulls then shaves.

I received my package. It was damaged two days after starting to use the product. It started vibrating out of control the top piece of the shaver disconnected, and it hasn't worked ever since I would like a refund or an exchange. I have moved since this order was placed. So I have a new dress for shipping if an exchange is made.

Don't believe the picture or description. The shaver I received was not the "Yes" shaver in the photo and description. It was generic ( didn't say "yes" on it anywhere and it doesn't shave right) and it shaves like a cheap sharp electric razor. I have used the Yes shaver for years and this is awful and definitely not the same product. The razor for sale here is not a Yes shaver.

False advertisement! It shows yes product but u recv another product. Its cheap. It's loud %26 obnoxious. It doesn't start rite away horrible!
