These are great tasting! They are great to if you want or need to thicken your hair! Since I've started taking these my hair has gotten thicker and is growing great. I really advise this product for people who want thicker and longer hair.

I have been taking these for a couple years. I feel they are reasonably priced. I really love their texture and flavor. I have tried another brand and their texture was not good. I take 2 a day. My nails are not super strong, but they don't break as much. I think I need to take gelatin to really strengthen my nails like I would like them to be. They should absolutely be kept out of reach of children as they would eat them all. I don't know that it would hurt them. You would not have any left. 😊

I was surprised at the wonderful taste of these gummies. Already my nails are healthier, my hair is longer and softer, and my skin doesnt get as dried out as it did before.

Have notice my nail are getting stronger on my second bottle.
