Better than expected
I have thick curly hair and even if I just air dry this iron does an exceptional job of pressing it out with a little comb through first. I really like that it doesn't "stutter" if it hits dry ends. It's smooths the strands all the way out

Tacky to send garbage to a good paying customer
The flat iron I received has been previously used and was broken as well. Close lock was broken. A loose hair in box and what appeared to be dandruff on the flat iron itself- gross! No literature i.e. warranty, user manual etc, pertaining to this item in box or was it neat and tidy like a brand new item ought to be. The cord wasn’t even twist tied though the twist tie was laying at the bottom of the box. It was just being recycled junk! I definitely would NOT recommend!!! One star only because there is not a Zero star choice 👎🏼 and there should be!

The item wasn't what I expected or how it was even described, it grabbed my hair each time I used it, it didn't get hot at all, I was very disappointed in the product

Do not buy!! Heat goes up to 200 only and there is no adjusting it!! Plate will snag your hair!
