The gold is just enough flair if your not into the super flashy. The quality seems to be durable enough to stand the "torture" of wearing braids. The size of the spool was adequate as well. I had enough to be liberal and not feel like I won't have enough. Love it!!!

I love the fact that it doesn't come up off hair that is twisted into hair .. it stays until you take braid out . Only thing I'd say I don't like is the ends how hair it is to keep them from showing . Other than that I love the gold color and how shimmering it is .

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Super cute and easy to braid in or crotchet into any hairstyle. I would recommend to tuck it tight because it can get attached to certain materials if it gets loose. I'm a braided and this is perfect for all ages!

And very noticeable in a good way. Got lots of compliments for the add in. And was very easy to do. Definitely will be ding this again in the future.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My daughter loves for me to braid her hair pretty regularly. I thought she'd enjoy these for a little flair. Unfortunately the package didn't come with any suggestions or directions for starting it, so we had to experiment. When my daughter tried it on her own, she put a rubber band around it and some hair to hold it place. It worked okay but she noted that it left a little bump in the braid there. I tried doing a light knot around some hair, under her hair so it wouldn't be seen, and close to her scalp, and that seemed to work well. I'm not sure if we did it as expected or not, but it sufficed. She liked that little splash of pizzazz in her hair.
