This particular Heritage shampoo leaves the hair super clean and smelling amazing. The scent for this one is different from the others. I always get compliments from people about the scent! They usually ask what perfume I'm wearing and I'll say you probably are smelling my hair and I'll hold it out where they can sniff it- i have really long hair- and they are so surprised 😮 when it is my hair that smells so good. It lathers well and doesn't leave an oily feel after conditioner. I can go a week to a week and a half without needing to wash again.

I came across this item when I saw one on clearance in a Walmart store by me. I thought I would give it a try since I washed my hair every day. I have been very pleasantly surprised with the shampoo. My hair is soft and easy to comb. The scent is not overpowering, but very pleasant. I have ended up buying it again and was happy to find it on Walmart's website, I was afraid when I had purchased the clearance item that it might have been the only one.

not really a smell to it but i love how it makes my hair feel. doesnt lather the best but its made with good stuff. price should be a smidge less since you need to use a little more for a good lather.

I have thin straight hair. My hair is ALWAYS oily the next day with any other brand. Normally when I take a shower, sleep, wake up the next morning. It’s already greasy. Not with this. Showered, slept on it, woke up this morning and barely needed to wet my bed head/cow licks down. 90% of it brushed right out. 9.5/10 so far. Would suggest getting the fragrance free if you’re a male. Their scents are very strong and over power my body wash.

I have VERY sensitive "skin and scalp", and, my hair is not colored, "baby fine" blonde hair. If I have ANY scalp irritations, it shows through my "white blonde" hair!! I suffer from a condition in my scalp, known as folliculitis. This is the FIRST shampoo, that did NOT irritate my scalp, has a nice, light scent---- and my hair LOOKS incredible!! Thank you, for creating this WONDERFUL product!!

Ive always wanted to try a natural shampoo, so I was excited to get this. My first look at it, I was amazed of the nice bottle it came in. The bottle has a pump top which makes it so easy to use in the shower. I can not pin point the exact smell it has, but it has a very clean, pleasant scent to it. The shampoo is like a cloudy white color to it. I have medium to long hair and I use two pumps of shampoo. It lathers amazing!!! And makes your hair look and feel clean. There was no greasy feeling to it or anything. Once my hair dried, I could feel how much lighter my hair felt compared to my other shampoo I normally use. I am very much pleased with this shampoo and will definitely be buying it once this bottle is gone.

I love how the product works on my hair. It doesn't dry it out or weight it down. Makes it feel silky and smooth. But the perfumey smell is way too strong. I have used it for about 5 days now, and can't get used to it. It is the next day and it is still so strong that I am getting a headache. It is also making my allergies act up. I hat to use something else because of how the my hair is feeling right now, but I just can't get past it. If you can handle a strong scented product, definitely give this one a try.

I wanted to love this shampoo so bad after one of my favorite YouTube kept recommending it and at first use I did absolutely love it since I was losing a lot of hair with my previous shampoo. Positive- I don’t lose much hair at all with this. However, this shampoo leaves my hair feeling greasy and makes me look like I’m on 2nd or 3rd day hair when I blow dry or air dry right after a shower. I feel like I have to rinse it so much to get it out and it’s never fully out, even my brother thought my hair was wet. It just doesn’t give me the clean I’m looking for. I had heard this product was used in salons and so I bought almost the whole line, but the product I wanted to love the most is the one I regret getting. Maybe for dry scalp, but not for me. :(

After using this product for a few months I noticed that my hair was shedding more and more with each use. While shampooing I would have fistfuls of hair come out. I stopped using this product a few months ago and now (several months later) my hair has finally returned to normal shedding during shampooing, but my hair has thinned considerably. I'm not happy with this product at all. If I could give it no stars I would.

I used to be able to go 2-3 days without shampooing. I have tried 1.5 bottles of this thinking maybe it was my age or hormones. But once I saw other reviews reporting my similar concerns/experiences (thinning, greasy hair and greasy scalp, dandruff, shedding), I wrote this review to affirm the others. I’m not going to use this shampoo anymore. I like their detangler, but big N-O to the shampoo. Plus it’s waaay too perfumery. If you promote a vegan shampoo, it doesn’t need to smell like chemicals and perfumes. It’s headache inducing but I really wanted to give it a chance. No more, sadly.
