I started using this shampoo %26 conditioner because had seen my 8 year old granddaughter had been using this for a year and the drastic change in her hair was a game changer. So I asked my daughter what shes been using on her hair. I was pleasantly surprised after only using this product 1 time . My hair instantly felt healthier %26 stronger feeling hair . I 1st purchased the smaller set of shampoo and conditioner just in case it didn't work on my hair as it did hers because everyone is different. But after my 1st time using it I was shocked I am 62 years old and over the years I've put my hair through the wringer so to speak with different products over the years. And the very 1st time using this shampoo %26 conditioner my hair felt like it was stripped of all past product I've used as if I never used anything on my hair before. This was a game changer for this 62 year old woman lol. My hair felt instantly healthier and my very fine hair strands where so much stronger then they had ever been. CANT say what this heritage company puts in this shampoo and conditioner but I hope they NEVER stop selling it . I have very long hair as does my granddaughter and because of heritage shampoo and conditioner everywhere I go I get compliments on hers and my hair. Trust me I loved it so much after the 1st wash I went straight to my Walmart app %26 put the larger shampoo and conditioner bottle in my cart LoL . I am one happy Heritage customer !!! Doesn't leave my hair itchy or with excess residue. I usually have to swap brand about half way through a bottle of shampoo and conditioner but I have not had to yet with this brand. I'm planning on purchasing this product (shampoo and the conditioner) again because I have had no issues!

This shampoo makes my hair feel and smell wonderful without all the junk in it. So good to finally find a product at Walmart that is this high of quality.

I love this shampoo and conditioner. It has dome amazing things to my hair. No more broken or damaged pieces. Looks healthy and soft. I only buy this now.

I sweat this shampoo leaves my itchy scalp-no volume-dry hair so freakn soft ! once you lathering you rinse off instantly you get this soft texture that you can feel . I love it!! dont sleep on this shampoo!

I have not actually tried this product yet. However, it was very easy to find and read about what's inside of it. I use Hairitage products for all of my other hair needs and absolutely LOVE them. So i can't imagine this would be much different.

Since having thyroid issues, my hair has become very thin and dry. After using this shampoo for a couple of weeks I can already see a difference. I'm not crazy about the smell, but it's helping make my hair thick and healthy again, so it's a win for me!

You can feel the difference the second you it touches your palms. It feels so natural and even better when your hair gets the best quality treatment it needs. My hair is thin and it is absolutely amazing.

I wanted to love this shampoo so much since I have followed the company's family for years. I was so disappointed. The scent is pleasant but as someone who doesn't like strong scents, this one was way too strong for my liking. It somehow made my hair both greasy and dry at the same time. My roots would be oily after 1-2 days but my ends were sooo dry (I was using the conditioner and I get trims every 6-8 weeks.) The worst part in my opinion is that I could not get it to lather well. I would have to put a palm full of shampoo in order to get it to lather, and even still, I never felt fully satisfied with the cleanliness of my hair. Even though I double wash each time I wash my hair. The packaging is very aesthetically pretty but unfortunately the pump on the conditioner broke off after the second use. Overall, I'm very very disappointed with this product.

I've never struggled this much to open a shampoo. The twist lid was completely stuck the first time, and I assumed it was a defect—but the second bottle had the exact same issue. Definitely a packaging problem, not a one-off.
