Taking the supplements is something I always have on hand I think vitamins and herb for your hair skin and nails is a supplement of youth. my hair along with the laser crown band has made my hair fuller and i'm at the three month mark on a regular schedule three times a week with the laser. I look forward to Monday Wednesday and Friday so i'm very happy with my laser and the supplements. I didn't think I was going to see results this fast but I happily have.
