Soba Noodles are great
I ordered my first package so I could try a new recipe that looked very good. My husband loves it and I do too. My daughter is complete vegan and she has lots of good recipes for the Soba noodles. These are the best priced I have found,.

No buckwheat smell
I like that it is organic but The smell of buckwheat is missing. The texture is also firmer than im used to. The buckwheat must mixed with a very high percentage of regular wheat.

Will be sure to savor noodle by noodle
The most expensive noodles I have ever put hased. I thought I was getting 3 packages but it was only 1 but the noodles were packaged very carefully, several layers of bubblewrap and priority mail:)

I'll try the other soba noodles.
I was a bit disappointed that the first ingredient was wheat, and not buckwheat. I was hoping for more authentic soba noodles. Otherwise they tasted good.
