Canning jars are best to use for almost anything.
These jars are great! I will use them to store dehydrated fruit and veggies. It looks like I will be ordering another 8 count quantity.

Unauthorized Substitution.
I order half gallon ball canning jars. These are not canning jars. I also said no substitutes. Ball Canning lids won't fit! I ended up using them for something else.

Not 64 oz
These are larger than a half gallon by a cup or two, so if you need an exact 64 oz, this has more than that.
