was delivered with no envelope the picture and show as an envelope I don't understand is it that difficult

Walmart took money out of my account for this, said the order was delayed, then cancelled the order on my dad's birthday. They still have my money and my dad has no birthday card. Getting really tired of Walmart taking my money and cancelling orders. I'll definitely be shopping at Target a lot more after this thoughtless scam Walmart pulled.
