Hallmark Keepsake Christmas Ornament Elf Does Someone Need a Hug? With Sound 1 Pack

I don't believe the real Hallmark Greeting Card Company has anything to do with this listing except this is a 2024 Hallmark Ornament. I received mine on 10/28 in a brightly colored thin bubble mailer. The ornament box was crushed, when I took the ornament out of the box it was okay but clearly NOT artist signed. Very misleading and false titling plus a horrible method of shipping an ornament. I started my return as soon as I received it and returned the ornament to my local Wal-Mart the following day 10/29 but I still have not received a refund from this seller. Had a friend order one too with exact same issues poor packaging, ornament box crushed and NOT Artist Signed and she returned hers too. I've contacted Wal-Mart but so far the title on this item is still saying these ornaments are artist signed and there is no mention of randomly signed or anything that would indicate not all ornaments would be artist signed. Buyer beware, these ornaments are NOT artist signed.

The signature is fake compared to the one on the box. Item was not new it did not have the standard packaging for hallmark ornaments. I believe this came from a second party.
