Nostalgia goodness at an unbeatable price
I'd been thinking about getting this since it first came out. This is a combo of two different games. I purchased this from my local store and this game was half the price compared to being on Nintendo plus it's a physical copy. In terms of gameplay, it has a good storyline, bosses, and it's full of nostalgia. It plays like it was made for the original NES--which was a big part of why I wanted it. It comes with additional characters to play as well. I've been focused on the Halloween game mostly and it stays very true to it (though the same for Ash vs. Evil Dead).

Played once so far. Definitely has the retro gaming vibe. If you're a Michael Myers or Ash fan this is a must obviously. Very satisfied with the price. Came with a pack of cards. I didn't open the pack yet.

Great for retro gamers!
Some of the best "retro" fun I've had in a long time! The difficulty does spike quickly, but it's very fair. The game gives you ample opportunity to learn it's mechanics. Plus, the Halloween and Evil Dead worlds are awesome!

The price of $10 is perfect thank you. The game itself is done by way forward they are awesome 16-bit developers and the games just like when I was a kid

Retro action that's a must for horror fans
It is a great retro style arcade side scrolling beat em up game based off the Evil Dead and Halloween movie franchises. The game runs smoothly, the retro 16 bit art is great, and the controls are intuitive. It is a bit difficult though. It's a must for horror fans.

Mid tier if you don't know the source material
This has two games in one and it is fine at best. If you have love for either IP then you will probably have more enjoyment. Otherwise it is just mediocre and will be fine.

Great idea/ horrible follow through
Wasn't very fun to play. After the first 5 minutes of gameplay the game just kept repeating itself. Good idea bad follow through
