Halloween (Blu-ray + DVD)

Audiences waited 40 years to revisit Laurie Strode after her terrifying experience with Michael Myers in 1978. In 2018 they got to see how all of it affected her. Laurie is a bit of a mental mess living like a hermit in a fortified fortress estranged from her daughter and living in constant fear that Michael Myers will pay her another visit. She's not wrong. Awakened by stupid journalists looking for fame and fortune, Michael escapes from a local mental institution seeking the mask he was shown by the stupid journalists. After that it's on and slashing. Michael murders his victims with the same vigor, determination, and originality he had 40 years ago. But Laurie is ready and determined to protect herself and her family. What ensues is a fight for survival and closure to a dark chapter in a life so horrifyingly affected. This film is the best one of the latest trilogy and was a HUGE box office success. Audiences and diehard fans responded well to this latest installment. I personally enjoyed it myself, but I don't recommend it for children under 13. It's not for family viewing because of the violence and intense atmosphere. If you loved the original 1978 film you will probably enjoy this movie.

Great film

This is how the movie series should have gone.. True Halloween fans would pick up on this being part 3.. Great to see the originals back together for this and it helps to realize the others that have joined in along the way.. Actors, directors, as well as the other behind the scenes guys, gaffers everyone... Lol... To one of the best horror movies/series ever... I'm still waiting on Rob Zombie to release his next vision for Michael and the victims to come..

I love the movie and the entire Halloween franchise so much and I was happy that Walmart had a blu ray available and it arrived in great condition

I saw this Film/Movie, titled: "Halloween", in the Cinema/Theater in the Year of 2018. I was very impressed by the Elements, that it showed. I wasn't Surprised that, it ended the way that it did. Otherwise, there wouldn't have been, "Halloween Kills." The third and maybe final Chapter to this Series, is: "Halloween Ends." My thoughts are that, it may or may not end the Series. This is one of the best Halloween films. Definitely the best of the newest trilogy. It acts as a sequel to the original and forgets about the sequels in between. It's a great slasher Halloween film. Enjoy!

Jamie Lee Curtis is the only good thing about the movie the Michael stinks in this movie he looks like a Jason Voorhees not a Michael Myers! Nick Castle should have played the Original Michael he is the only 1 worst out of all the Halloween films the kills are too Brutal the Original Michael was never like that!tony
