Had a tickle in my throat and a cough that was going on day 2. These were great tasting and fast working little gems. They stopped the tickle and tamed the cough when in public places. They definitely did more than I thought they would. I highly recommend.

It's sugar free, so if I have a cough at night, I don't have to worry about sugar on my teeth . And these drops are not too sweet or medicine-smelling or tasting. It stops my cough very quickly.

My husband has used the sugar free Lemon and Honey cough drops for years. He wanted to try something different so I got him the Black Cherry . As soon as he put one in his mouth he was hooked on the cherry as well as the lemon. Now he has two favors of the cough drop he loves and can keep both handy then choose which flavor he wants when he needs one

They have a soothing effect compared to mint flavored drops that tend to cause a slight burning in my mouth and tummy. Good flavor.

Best brand for the price. Can't tell they are sugar free. Only dissapointment is the size is smaller than expected.

I love these sugar free couph drops. I use them often due to dry throat from year round allergies. The menthol is not overwhelming.

This works for my cough. The menthol soothes my throat. The strawberry flavor is good but this is still a menthol cough drop. I recommend.

I ordered five packages of sugar free cough drops. They all contain glucose syrup....AKA sugar.
