This bassinet was easy to assemble and does everything we need it to! I love the features on it and love how it fits right next to my bed so I can easily pull down the basket to retrieve baby
With great pleasure, I bought this bassinet for my granddaughters New baby. She texted me thank you so I have no idea if she even knows how to set the bassinet up you need to contact her for any information. Her name is Molly Brown and you have her baby list.
Perfect for my soon to be grandchild! The parents to be have it assembled and next to the bed ready for the big day! Wish these were around when I was a new parent.
We love the size, our baby has plenty room. The white noise options are soothing. The l. e. d light helps us check on him here and there through the night if he's positioned facing towards it. The basket attachment is great to throw in a burp cloth, swaddle blanket, etc outside of using a diaper caddy. The swivel feature is very helpful maneuvering in and out bed as well as grabbing something from basket attachment. Only wish the legs were less pronounced.
Very nice bassinet, my newborn loves it! Legs are low enough to fit under a lower to ground bed. The 360 degree swivel is clutch. The feature that allows the front of the bassinet to lower to easily lay or take my newborn out is great and allows for smooth transition.
This is great bassinet. Loved the rotate feature which makes picking and putting baby in bassinet so much easier.
Only downside is the mattress it comes with is hard as a rock. I had to replace mattress baby would not sleep in it with the one it comes with
I like the adjustable height, the vibration, and the rocking but there are definitely some tweaks that need to be done. There's sometimes a loud clicking noise that wakes the baby when in rocking mode so that defeats the purpose. I think the clicking happens if baby is not perfectly centered in the bassinet. The other change I'd make is to make the buttons actual buttons and not touch screen. Sometimes when I'm leaning in to put him into the bassinet, my leg touches the touch screen and turns it on even when I don't want to use it and this wakes baby up. Also, the app disconnected from the bassinet and we've been unable to get it to reconnect. Overall, I still like it especially because it's more affordable than others like it, but definitely not perfect.
Overhyped purchase. After a few weeks with baby, I wish we had skipped this bassinet and gone with a simpler, more affordable option. This is a large, bulky piece. The base takes up a lot of space, and when it's positioned close to the bed (which is one of the features that drew me to it), it actually makes it difficult to get in and out. I end up feeling stuck on my side. It's also not mobile at all. That may not seem important at first, but it ended up being a big downside for me. I really wish it had wheels so it could easily move into the living room during the day. We actually ended up buying a second bassinet just for mobility. If you're planning to do night shifts with a partner, being able to move the bassinet from one side of the bed to the other is really helpful—but this one makes that nearly impossible. It's massive and a real ordeal to move at all. The push down side was helpful after my C-section, but it wasn't necessary. A standard bedside bassinet with a simple drop-down side would have been just fine. It's a nice product, but not worth the money—even if you have it to spend. Overall, my takeaway is that I overspent by a few hundred dollars on this item. Also worth noting: the return policy is very restrictive. You have 30 days from delivery, and the product must be unused. If you purchase it ahead of your baby's arrival, you'll likely miss the return window—and if you try it even once, you're stuck with it.
Well, thanks for asking. I still haven't received the second attempt to purchase this item. The first box you sent me had previously been opened — clearly! And sloppily retaped. With crushed corners. I sent it back. It was to be a gift, for heaven's sake. Still waiting for a replacement.
