I needed this for my office, and it works great. Just big enough for full-size microwave popcorn bags, but not so large that it is in the way. It is also much quieter than the old microwave it replaced. It cooks very evenly, and so far, we are very pleased.
Unpacked it, plugged it in, and set the time. No problems. In a few minutes had a nice lunch of re-heated leftovers. Rotating table. Happy camper. For the price what's not to like? One suggestion. it slides around a little if you push the buttons too hard. The rubber feet could be a little softer/stickier.
I love my microwave. My old one was starting to fail and I did not realize how badly until I got this one. It is wonderful! No burnt popcorn or cold soup!
Perfect size for my small kitchen. Heats food quickly and evenly. Matches the rest of the kitchen. The only con is the plug forces the microwave to be 4-5 inches from the wall since there's no bend in that part of the cord.
My old microwave wore out and I needed a new one. So I saw this one and ordered it. It was bigger than I expected and i was really blown. This was a really great buy and I am very pleased with it. I have and will recommend to all my friends and family.
I was looking to upgrade from my .7 cubic foot microwave that I got because it was the cheapest around. Long story short: I wish I would've splurged on this .9 cubic foot option much sooner. You gain so much usable space, meaning your food can actually rotate. This is huge for me in New York, as pizza slices are almost always larger than a standard plate. The controls are simple and the performance is awesome for the price. The aesthetic is basic, which is exactly what I was going for. If you're looking for a microwave that can fit any kitchen, this is a great option. I wrote this review as part of a contest.
Haven't had this for very long but it is working fine. I like the size of it, big enough on the inside but doesn't take up too much space on my counter. The price was very reasonable and I was glad my store had in stock since I needed it right away. Doesn't seem quite as powerful as our old one but that one probably cost a lot more.
Fits well on my counter and works well for only 900 watts, only gave 4 stars because if you are trying to cook something that needs to brown in it's wrapper such as a pot pie the bottom burns a lot, so I will be using my oven for such items. the delivery was very fast and item was packaged extremely well.
My daily microwave needs are served by a larger, more powerful model. I keep a smaller one for use when that one fails. Recently, while waiting for a replacement for the "big" one, the standby one quit. I bought this small unit to get by while the new big one was on the way. It works, and I hope that it's familiar brand name reflects a better future for its reliability.
This microwave is nice, when it actually works. I've had it less than one year and it's died not once, not twice, but THREE TIMES on me. Most recently this morning. At this point, I'm hoping Walmart will just refund me what I've paid for it because it's clearly poorly constructed. Also, the clock is consistently off - I set it based on my phone/fitbit and within 2 days its already 5-10 mins behind. It's a cheap microwave, sure, but just spend the extra $5 to get the extended replacement warranty if you get it because I know for a fact I'm not the only one this has happened to (there used to be a TON of reviews reflecting this - not sure where they all went).
