Hamilton Beach 1.1 cu ft Countertop Microwave Oven in Stainless Steel

I really love the safety lock feature on this microwave. It keeps the door securely locked while it's running so no one can accidentally get burned. Features like this make a big difference, especially in a busy household where pre-teen and teens are using it. It's simple, safe, and gives me extra peace of mind every time I use it. You also have to unlock it after you're done using it, so there's no pulling the door open right after something hot finishes — another great safety touch.

I have been very happy with this Hamilton Beach microwave. It has a sleek black and stainless steel design that looks great in the kitchen, and the 1.1 cubic foot size provides plenty of room for everyday cooking and reheating. The controls are easy to understand, and the microwave heats food quickly and evenly. I especially appreciate the preset cooking options and the simple keypad layout. The turntable works well, and the interior is easy to clean. Overall, this is a reliable microwave that offers good performance at a reasonable price. It does exactly what I need it to do and has been a great addition to my kitchen.

Honestly the one of the most underrated and best parts of this product is MINIMAL SOUND LEVEL! It's literally why I got it (I really can't stand loud slamming/sounding applianced because I tend to be a nocturnal person and it really sucks waking up your family members or dogs just because you're trying to have a midnight snack and every appliance has to let the world know what they sound like lol. Not this one..it's so smooth and quiet and I think it looks sleek too. Super super happy with it (everything else about it works great and haven't run into any issues). Ty :)

Only downside is that to open the door, one has to take an extra step, which is to unlock the microwave door. We have to press the Zero to unlock and then we have the green light to open. Sort of annoying to have this two step process. Instead of a stop and open, it's stop, unlock, open.

This microwave has a lot of good features such as: Child safety lock function which you can activate and deactivate; microwave cooking that has 10 power levels %26 there's speedy cooking; defrost by weight %26 time; memory function and so on. If you forgot how to do something-you can check your manual. If I can operate it-you can too. I am glad that I have it.

I gave this microwave 4 points out of 5 because of the noise, it is loud when is on cooking. This microwave is preatty, potent, it has or the necessary functions and it is very simple to operate. It is also economical for being a 1000 watts microwave. Again the only thing i don't like it is that is too loud when is cooking.

when the box arrived it was damaged 💔. i was afraid to open it up. but the microwave was in heavy Styrofoam. the broken box was bad. could have been a drop out of truck as far as i know. but the microwave works great and i am glad it does. this is my first broken box. i feel pretty lucky.

The microwave itself is fine, but it IS NOT the model I ordered online to be delivered. It was obviously unavailable, and a different model was substituted. I am mobility challenged and unable to shop for large, heavy items like this in store and love the option to order online and have them delivered. What I received is basic and does not have the features I desired, nor is it the black model (it is chrome). It was not worth the troublecof calling and complaining, shipping back, etc. I'm considering a lesson learned and will not order items like these to be delivered from Walmart again. (The popcorn button is the most missed. My 12 yr old grandson almost burned down the house!)

Was cooking a potato for about 6 mins, and the top and the sides of the microwave got super hot. The plug felt warm too. Got so hot that it shut down and never worked again. So glad it shut off and quit working before it started a fire! I only had it about 2 months.

Microwave does not work properly. When I opened the microwave box there was a chip on the outer glass of the door, along with a scratch. Microwave will turn on for about 3 seconds with a strong burning odor then immediately shuts off. Not even the digital clock works. So now it is sitting (unplugged) in the pantry waiting on trash dump day. Unfortunately I received as a gift from my husband after the pantry remodel was complete and cannot return because it's well past the return deadline. I do not recommend buying unless you can open it immediately to check it is in working order.
