[Employee of walmartcanada] I bought one 3 years ago. Still going strong. Loved it so much that when we needed a machine for our trailer bought another one 3 months ago. Can adjust the strength of your coffee. Will keep warm for up to 4 hours. Can use it even with your travel mug by sliding off the footing .

buttons are very hard to use

I like the concept. This is my third one. They only seem to last about 3 years before they clog up and/or start leaking water. It's bigger and bulkier than my previous models. I will get smaller one when this one goes in 2023.

I like the dispensing method of this coffee pot, but if you are not careful pressing the bar to dispense the coffee it leaks some. I am not crazy about the area where the water is poured into the reservoir either, one has to take the coffee filter tray and the container that collects the brewed coffee out in order to access that area. Better than a single brew coffee pot because of the wastefulness of the individual coffee pods.

And I also had to return the coffee station back to the store because the coffee keep coming out of the pot which causes me problem and I was not satisfied with the tablet or coffee station

I was very disappointed with the performance of this coffee maker. the dispenser valve leaks every time you fill a cup. There is a defect in the valve and I will be returning the unit. I would suggest you consider another brand. I do like the no carafe design and the unit does make a good cup of coffee.

Totally disappointed. Have had several of these before, but this new one dribbled with every cup! Returned it to the store.

I sent back 2 of these because they leaked all over my counter when I tried to use it. I cannot use a regular coffee carafe because I cannot lift it. (Physical problem) Neither my aide or my room mate couldn't make them work without leaking. After returning 2 of these, I feel this carafe does not do what it shoul;f sso order a more expensive ccoffee on demand from another site. I am very happy with this purchase.

This would have been my 3rd Brewmaster but I had to return it. While filling my coffee mug the coffee leaks out of the reservoir from somewhere behind the dispenser opening. After a couple days of cleaning coffee up off the counter top I decided to return it. I didn't like the new design anyway. I don't like the way they put the water reservoir on the bottom and you can't see at a glance if there's water in there. And the whole thing feels cheaper than the last one. So trying a new brand for the first time in 9 years.

I bought this coffee brewer to upgrade from the prior 4 Hamilton Beach brewers that all leaked after a short period of time. True to the brand this Hamilton Beach Brew Station leaked from the first day after cleaning and following directions for start up. I am closing down this brand in my home, to much aggravation.
