Hamilton Beach 14 cu ft Chest Freezer, White, Top-Opening Deep Freezer for Garage, Basement, and Bulk Storage

First, they delivered it to the wrong address. Once it was finally retrieved and unpackaged it, we noticed that it was damaged with big dents. We plugged it in and has worked just fine. So far it works well, just unhappy that we received a damaged product. Calling to find out where my package was such a hassle, I just didn’t want to deal with the return process.

waited to plug this unit in as the cow wasnt butchered yet. we got the cow and plugged the freezer in. it does NOT work. oops of course walmart will do nothing. DoNOT purchase from walmart!!!!

The freezer was extremely dented in shipping. it look like it had been hit by forks on a forklift multiple times. It's a good freezer, shipping is a risk.

The freezer arrived damaged by Estes shipping . I'ts dented and the plastic on back of hinge is broken . I don't recommend that company for transport . Walmart has done a good job making up for the accident but I'm concerned about the gasket where the damage is . This is my second Hamilton beach freezer and I hope this one lasts just as long . Walmart did their part but the contracted delivery people are awful regarding delivery time's x3 different arrival times and not one pH call or text explaining why my freezer hasn't arrived on time . i took off work a full day no freezer and 1/2 day the next . freezer arrived damaged and out security cameras have the proof that it arrived in a beat up box and damaged product .

The refrigerator arrived damaged, and when I requested a return, customer service told me I had to bring it back to the store myself. This is a large and very heavy item—there’s no way I can transport it on my own. I then called customer service and specifically asked for a pickup. They confirmed it was possible and even gave me an exact date and time. However, no one showed up. When I followed up again, I was told that pickup is not available and I still have to return it myself. This is extremely frustrating and misleading. Delivery and return service are very poorly handled. Please think twice before ordering from them.

Absolutely worst experience of my life. The order was supposed to be delivered on Thursday took the day off never heard from Walmart. Never got an update. Tried to call nothing Monday open my garage and it is literally sitting in the middle of my yard at the left side caved and no one knocked on the door. Arrived dented !!! Walmart refuses to give a refund or even a partial refund as a scratch and dent even though you pay full price. they expected me to take this back to the local Walmart a huge chest freezer! I guess they want me to carry it on my back or put it in my Toyota. I would never buy anything big or heavy from Walmart

We got it because of the price. The product arrived and was still on the truck and I noticed the box was all torn and dinged up. When we physically saw the box, it was so dinged up that even the product itself was all dented and scratched up. I called right away to support and the process was instead of picking up the old one and sending a new one out was that they would pick up the old one, wait a few days for the refund and then purchase it again. It's been over a week and no contact yet as to when they are picking up the freezer. Overall it just hasn't been a great experience, so we will look elsewhere to get a new freezer even if we have to pay a little bit more.

Freezer arrived damaged. Rear of the freezer dented severely. Interior of the freezer damaged. Walmart will not send a carrier to pickup and requires an in-store return for such a large item. I am never buying a big item from Walmart again. Go Best Buy or Costco. Service at Walmart is horrible.

maybe this is a good cooler. maybe its not. after 2 weeks of being told the order was delayed...order on way...order delayed because it was damaged...blah blah blah. and gid forbid tou want to cancel order becauae of this you have to fight for it otherwise thay wont let you.if you want a cooler from a company that will deliver it dont use this company.
