I love this microwave! I love that it has the sensor cooking so my 7yr old can easily use it without having to check to see if it’s warm enough and restart it. I like that it has the handle to open instead of the button because we started to have problems with the last microwave and the button would sometimes get stuck not only on the outside put on the inside also. Great purchase!

Wonderful Microwave!
I absolutely LOVE this microwave! I ordered 2 microwaves before this one that were damaged by the carrier during shipping... both times! Walmart made it all right! So when I ordered this one I ordered it for pick up in the store! It's so easy to use and looks really nice in my kitchen!! it is the perfect size and GREAT quality with really cool features! It does have a pretty loud hum when it first starts but after about 2 seconds it quiets down and remains pretty quiet throughout the cooking time. I am totally pleased with this purchase and totally recommend this microwave!!

Falling apart after 2 years
Bought in June 2019. Was working fine for quite a while but the last few months the bottom of it under the turntable has tore up. Not sure why this is happening. Is getting worse and worse with each turn. We’re going to have to buy another one as this is two years old and no longer under warranty and not even sure this would be cornered. Although would be happy to exchange for another one. Disappointed in Hamilton Beach. What would cause this?

Got loud
7 months after purchase it makes a loud noise while running. Inside where the back panel meets the rest of the oven there's a small gap on 3 sides that food gets into and I have to use something with a point to clean it out. See pic that shows that the left side is actually sealed.

glass plate broke first time of use.
first use heated piece of pizza and the glass round plate inside broke in half heating the pizza. how can i get replacement glass plate?

Had it less than a month. Keeps flashing 'fail' and buttons don't work at all now.
