Bought this for daughter for christmas and she just loves it - good value for the money

This reminds me of the old toaster that my mom had years ago. It almost has the same features as this one...only you can actually get the bread toasted, and get the bread out. But, anyway ?????

Ordered this online and it was here within a week. Got it on sale too! Toaster works great, I love the keep warm button that keeps my toast warm. All in all a great experience.

Bought this about a month ago and my family loves it. It beeps when you push down to turn on and it beeps to let you know when it's ready. Kind of annoying but useful instead of standing around waiting. Cool features and looks sleek for a toaster.

Toasts edge to edge, and evenly on both sides-- which is harder to find in a toaster than you might expect. We got ours on sale for about $23, making it an even better value. Keep warm feature is a nice addition.

This toaster, so far, has more than met our expectations. It toasts evenly. And it is very attractive and stylish. Time will tell if it holds up under use, but we are pleased with the toast and the quality of the toaster.

I bought this toaster 3 weeks ago and I'm very happy with the purchase. The toaster is very modern and stylish and goes well with the stainless steel appliances in my kitchen. Just a heads up, the best setting is in between 1-2. I find at 3 the toast comes out a little darker than expected.

It does was it is supposed to do. I do really like the beep it gives just before it pops so you know your toast is done and don't forget about it. I haven't tried the keep warm feature. To be honest, I chose this toaster because I thought the ad was funny and because it was $10 cheaper online than in store.

Pros: not expensive as toasters go. Have only toasted white bread with it so far. Does that well. Stainless steel sides stay cool but top gets hot in use. Cons: top get hot in use. Electric cord is short and comes out of toaster from the bottom near the front. Result is that you almost have to place toaster with controls facing away from you in order to plug it in. Sits on 4 plastic feet, two of which have rubber inserts two do not. Result is that toaster wobbles on counter. Weird support policy. Called company about the two missing rubber inserts and, instead of sending me the two little missing parts, they sent me a new toaster (which also was missing two of the inserts) and told me to disable the old one by cutting its' electric cord and send them a picture to prove I had done that.

Was initially very encouraged and wanted to love this toaster because it toasted bread evenly, but the darkness setting dial doesn't work at all. Even set at the lowest setting (1 or 2 on the dial), toast or waffles will just keep toasting until they are burning and you have to manually push a button to pop the toast up. This initially happened on the number "6" setting so I thought "I'll just turn it down a bit," but no matter how low I turned the dial down, it still cooked toast until it began to burn. Very frustrating. This is not the cheapest 15 or 20 dollar toaster, so I thought something as simple as a darkness setting might actually function to some degree, but I was mistaken. Have returned it and will look to another brand--definitely not giving Hamilton beach another chance.
