Absolutely Love This Convertible Freezer! I couldn't be happier with this 20 cubic foot freezer. The space is incredible — I was honestly surprised by how much it holds while still keeping everything organized and easy to access. The door shelves are sturdy and well-built (not flimsy like some others I've seen), and they hold quite a bit without sagging. One of my favorite features is the ability to convert it into a refrigerator at the press of a button. That kind of flexibility is a game changer. It's energy efficient, runs quietly, and it's genuinely beautiful to look at — sleek and modern without feeling bulky. In fact, I loved my freezer so much that I just purchased a second one to use as a refrigerator. The extra space is amazing, especially for a busy household. If you're on the fence, don't be. This is one of those purchases you'll be glad you made.

I thought I would need the bigger size But this size HUGE it worked out great and I enjoy it very much Reason I got it because my chest freezer went out and I have gotten older so I didn't want another chest freezer With the fact it can be switched to a refrigerator if I need it to be is a new thing to and new technology love the bright LED light My advice on this is Yes great purchase for the price and the features it does 👍👍👍

Freezer is perfect. Plenty of space on the doors and shelving area. It gets cold and stays cold. Fridge works just as well. Great stainless steel finish.

I was excited about getting a larger deep freezer however it arrived a week later than it should have and also with a big dent.. theory only offered me to return it and repurchase it or $25 0ff if I spend $45 , I know it would cost them more to come back pick up and redeliver also they would have to mark it down and sell it cheaper because of the damage smh

Ordered it on Dec 9th, was SUPPOSE to arrive on Dec 22nd, NEVER RECEIVED IT. Called the shipping company 3 TIMES - I had to cancel my movers 3 times, because it got "lost" in shipping. How do you lose a 20 Cu. Ft. Upright Freezer? Had to chat with Walmart Customer Service 3 times - Still WAITING for the refund.

It was delivered to our door box was in perfect condition. Once my husband was home, we were able to take it out of the box and found multiple dents called Walmart and they said, sorry, not sorry. We won't do anything for that. As a consumer that they have built over the years, we're really sad that they can't honor what they're selling

The products are great. The problem was the delivery. They put it in my garage after knowing it didn't even fit through that door. There was a big rip in the box so I asked them to hold on so I could examine it and they just said they were hired to drop and go. After opening box there is a big dent in the back of the fridge and when I left a comment on Wal mart site no one responds.

receiving an item with a forklift hole punched throuh it! why? taking an extra week to receive from expected date! taking over 3 weeks to get a refund and still sitting in my house in the carton...

I aint him head of month and it went out and y'all told me I had this send it back to California. How the world am I gonna send this big old thing back to California? Have y'all lost on my mind

Never received the product. Delivery was delayed. I understand one or two days delayed but it's now arriving past when I needed it. I'm now taking another day off to be here to deny the delivery in case all my many attempts to cancel it via Walmart and the shipper fail. I have a gravel driveway so they will basically deliver on the road. Which is fine if I'm home and I was home when they originally told me it would be delivered. Since it was a lie here I am waiting for the cancelled orders new delivery day because I can't trust my attempts to cancel it are true. I would have never ordered it had I known it couldn't be delivered last week
