Hamilton Beach 5 Qt Slow Cooker, Stoneware Crock with Removable Pot, Silver

Great product for the price! I love the removable stoneware liner. It's big enough to hold a whole chicken or a nice size roast. The lid doesn't lock on and it's not digital but, it is a wonderful slow cooker.

I was a little skeptical about this product at first because of the low price but after speaking with my daughter about hers, I was sold on it. This has to be one of my better purchases on Walmart.com. I didn't think any "slow" cooker could come close to an original "Crock Pot" but boy, was I ever wrong. This one is FANTASTIC. Slow, even cooking and clean-up is a snap. I use mine 2-3 times per week. Built very well and attractive too. No doubt, this cooker will last a very long time with proper care. I highly recommend this product to anyone...

There are just two of us now and I had wanted to downsize from my 6.5 quart for awhile. This Hamilton Beach is the perfect size for a 4-pound chicken, a 2-pound roast, veggie soups and just anything and everything that you simply want to make smaller portions of. Highly recommend.

Just purchased this 5 quart slow cooker, Hamilton Beach because although I live alone, a 2 quart slow cooker is not big enough to fit all of my veggies along with my meat inside it. So I ventured out to buy myself a brand new one and I've had Hamilton before and absolutely loved it and decided to stay with it.

The cooker is easy of use the settings are simple. It cooks very well and an easy clean up after meals. It has just amount of room for a small family of 6. No electronic button just a straight forward dial design. It cooks everything evenly like the warm feature.

Lid did not have a gasket as described. Walmart store display had gasket but stock did not. Contacted Hamilton Beach: older units did not have gasket. They sent me a lid with gasket. Unit seems to cook faster than recipe calls for (on high settings). Does not take as long.

Great price!Its a no frills- user friendly slow cooker. Good capacity.

if I could give it -1 stars I would.tried to make soup in it.checked soup at one hr after turning the setting to high.checked it at one hr and the soup was still cold even though the outside of the pot was very hot.very angry that I wasted money on the purchase of it.gu3ss you get what you pay for
