Hamilton Beach 5.0 cu ft Garage Ready Chest Freezer in Dark Granite Finish

I am very happy so far, it froze quickly and is very quiet. It did come with a small dent but I needed immediately so I couldn't return. It seemed like it was packed well so maybe it was deliveries fault. It does not affect the look or working condition. Size is perfect for what I need, color matches my other appliances, door closes flush, the only problem I had was the 3 stickers, they were awful it get off and left a residue. Other than that very pleased.

Just like the rest, arrived dented. I realize it is not the manufacturer nor Walmart's fault, but sure would be nice to receive a "new" product instead of one dented in shipping.

I can't get nobody to tell me why the red and green light stays on. Directions says red light means something is wrong, but when you call, the company so many peoples tell you different things. And be sure before you order they don't give no refunds and they won't send nobody to your home to fix. So, I am just stuck with a freezer I don't know how to work.

item arrived a couple weeks late, with dents on a day I wasn't home

First the delivery was 3 days late. Then the fed ex driver left it in the middle of my drive way in the sun. When I opened the box which was banged up I found 2 large dents in it. It was a HEADACHE to get Walmart to give a discount for the damages and still haven't received the partial credit for it. Just don't waste your time and buy one elsewhere.

It arrived with a huge dent on the left corner. I didn't see it until it was fully unboxed, so I am stuck with it. Nothing like paying full price for damaged goods. If I wanted a freezer with dents in it, I would have purchased from Facebook Marketplace and saved $150.00.

Ordered May 29, 2025. I just realized that they delivered a Frigidaire deep freezer but the Hamilton Beach deep freezer is on the Walmart app. February 11, 2026, I woke up to NO freezer. The freezer cut off overnight and never came back on. My food was defrosted. I'm very disappointed because the freezer isn't a year old. I like a refund or exchange plus food replacement, mainly meats.
