would be nice if it was non stick but sadly it is not. it is not as straight forward to use as other h. b. crockpots. the Temperature Probe is a great addition. that being said it is a great slow cooker but a little on the pricey side.

This is a top rated crockpot with a built in meat thermometer that stops cooking when the meat reaches the pre-set temperature. My pork roast was juicy and tender after using this crockpot

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I've been using slow cookers for decades, there is nothing quite like putting a roast or chicken and vegatables in the pot, putting on the lid, turning the pot on and forgetting about it for 6-8 hours. This model with its digital display, temperature probe and locking lid is just a step above. The Slowcooker is easy to use, easy to clean and produced a wonderful roast on its first try. Highly recommended.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I was excited to unbox this new Temp Tracker slow cooker! I've always wished I could have a slow cooker that would know when to turn itself off, not just because it had cooked for the allotted time, but because my food was perfectly done. Lo and behold....here is what I've been hoping for! It is so nice to have the temp probe for cooking. When food reaches the desired temp, the cooker can hold it at that temp or hold at pre-set warm temp. No more coming home an hour later than you'd planned to chicken that has become slurry. Integrated probe ports on the lid mean you don't even have to lift the lid and lose your heat. Just insert into the port and you're good to go. The probe can even be used at any time for a quick read if you're doing other styles of cooking in it. I'm especially excited to try the sous vide feature on this cooker. Supposedly, restaurants use this method to ensure perfect results. I look forward to those results in my own kitchen where it won't cost me an arm and a leg to do so! I'm not a yogurt making fan. Yet. This machine has the capability to do that too. Who knows, maybe I will branch out into something new. The beauty of it is, I can try it without buying another appliance because it's already built in to this one! This cooker is a good fit for me because it does an excellent job with a method of cooking I already understand, and it offers me a little room to grow and expand my cooking comfort zone too. Give it a try, I think you'll be as happy with it as I am.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This Hamilton Beach Advanced Temp Tracker™ Slow Cooker (MODEL 33867) has many features and is perfect when cooking a 6-lb Chicken or a 4-lb Roast. This oval 6-Qt Slow Cooker includes a Temperature Sensor Probe which stores within the glass lid's handle. Securing the probe through the lid's handle is easy since one side of the handle is made to view the storing process of the probe. The glass lid has a gasket seal and is equipped with three separate probe holes for accurate temperature readings (An additional probe insert is located on the crock). Another key attribute to this Slow Cooker are the two side handles which provide locking wire clips to firmly hold the lid in place while traveling (Never clip lid when storing unit / Always store unit with lid ajar). The outside of the Control Panel/Display has the probe jack and three control buttons CANCEL, KEEP WARM, HOLD TEMP. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This hamliton beach temp tracker slow cooker is so great I really loved how easy this is to use and I always cook while I'm not home and now I can set the timer to cook when I'm not there and come home to a great meal and I like that it switches to keep warm when it's done and the screen lights up a nice blue it's very nice looking and super easy to use I like the temperature probe so now I always know when my meat is done it's very convenient and modern looking it's working great I love it and I definitely recommend this crockpot it's made my life easier that's for sure And it has heated the food perfectly and evenly and I love the lid it's got a great nice big handle and a place to keep the temperature probe when not in use it makes it very convenient I love having a digital crockpot if it makes my dinners go more smoothly then I'm all for it.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My previous experiences with slow cookers is that they have a hard time maintaining consistent temperatures and they are impossible to clean. After using the Hamilton Beach Temp Tracker Slowcooker, my mind has been completely changed! What's not to love? This slow cooker's ability to maintain accurate temperatures, leads to the perfectly cooked meal. No more burned or dried-out food. It's also remarkably easy to clean and dishwasher safe. One of the features I like best is the clip-tight lid. So often we transport our cooker, and this ensures that the lid stays on securely without spills. This one gets a double thumbs up from me!

I would have given this item 5 starts but for one thing. The letters on the "CANCEL" button are almost completely gone. No, I did not wash it with a soap solution or any other solvent. Food does not normally get on the button area. At the most I may have wiped it with a damp cloth. Otherwise, the cooker works very well. I love the temperature control when using the probe. The ceramic pot itself has a rough ridge that runs along the bottom near the outside. You can't put it down on some counter tops, it will scratch. Even my quartz counter top.

This would be a five star review if not for the fact that the lettering is coming off of the "CANCEL" button. The ink is just dissolving into nothing. The unit has never been washed with anything other than a damp cloth. And that was rare as no food ever gets on the button area. All other functionality is great. Hamilton Beach, is there a fix for this??
