Small foot print so doesn't take up a lot of counter space . Grinds 8 cups of coffee worth of beans quickly. Easy adjustment for grind settings only negatives hopper could be bigger and difficult getting to work initially and the first few grinds due to lock feature. Works well now and I'd take over my last burr mill. I'd buy it again.
this is a nice burr grinder made of quality materials using good workmanship. excellent price when comparing with other brands.
The coffee grinder is very easy to use and clean. It is small, which is exactly what I wanted. I am very pleased with it.
It doesn't grind better than a blade grinder, or perhaps somewhere between a blade grinder and an espresso quality grinder. It is a marvel of functionality from a plastic toy-like appliance. It fools the eye with metal looking plastic parts. I like this little coffee grinder. It's fun, it looks good, for me the lowest setting for finest grind is passable, but the thing I like most is the convenience of it. Set it to grind 1 cup worth, hit the button, a few seconds later done. Of course there is the usual static problem in the grounds container, and remember to hold down the lid when you pour. I can't speak to durability, but I am enjoying it.
A bit messy to pour the ground coffee out. Otherwise, works great and easy to use.
Bought this instead is using a smaller hand held Mueller grinder. It was great looking and easy to put together. Once I added the beans, I adjusted the grind and it worked as advertised. Now I'm 6 months into this and somehow, on the extra fine setting, it is not grinding below a coarse setting. I have removed the burr and cleaned them and still it doesn't grind correct. I'm not too sure if they have replacement burrs available or if it is a throwaway grinder. Might have to buy another manufacturer and give that a whirl. I guess the most frustrating thing is that I work in the coffee business and repair grinders out in the field and this one has me stumped.
Was great at first. Nice and compact, various settings to choose from. BUT, within a couple of months it started causing issues. Works intermittently, makes a lot of noise without actually grinding. Pretty annoying having to wait for it to decide when it will actually grind the coffee. Quite disappointed and ready to throw it out and buy another brand!
Worked great the first time. The second time the machine ran but the beans weren't grinding; we shook and stirred the hopped, but it took emptying and refilling it before it worked again. Same result the next time. Will be returning the item.
Broke within 2 weeks of having it. Motor burned up. Don't know if mine was defective but I won't be buying another one of these ever again
Unfortunately, it worked once and then failed. The Burr Grinder which was supposed to be a twist and lift out also failed remaining locked in place. On the one time it did work the coffee grind in the espresso position was not fine enough. It had to be returned.
