Have been using this product for several weeks now. I am extremely pleased with this juicer. Juice output is easily twice as much, as other juicers I have used. I was impressed with how easy this juicer was to use. Not a lot of parts, to assemble, but worked great. Some other juicers I have used were so loud, they sounded like a vacuum cleaner. Not this juicer... unit is so quiet, first time i used it, wasn't even sure I had turned it on. Clean up was very simple, took maybe five minutes, and it was spotless. I was so excited to get my very first juicer! After doing a lot of research regarding the two main types of juicers, centrifugal and masticating, I chose this model because it is a very powerful masticating juicer. I prefer this type of juicer because it extracts more juice and nutrients from the veggies and fruits, and it handles greens like spinach and kale with ease. This powerful juicer does not disappoint. I started juicing as soon as I unpacked it from the box. It was a quick and easy set up, and the instructions were very simple to follow, even for someone who has literally never even used a juicer. It is extremely quiet, and that is always a plus, especially for early morning juicing! I was able to juice all my ingredients with ease, from carrots to celery to even whole cucumbers. Lemons and apples with the peel were no match for this machine. My sixteen year old daughter started juicing, and absolutely loves it too! Cleanup was a breeze! It took about 5 minutes to disassemble, wash, dry and reassemble the parts to the juicer. Fast and easy, just the way I like it! It has a lightweight and compact design, and stores away nicely. To start this juicer is easy to assemble and use. The feeding chute doesn't get clogged and runs very smoothly. I cut my veggies and fruits in 1"-2" pieces, didn't give me as much juice as I excepted but it is my first juicer. I don't like carrot juice but that was the first juice we made and I thought it tasted great, even my 3 YR OLD granddaughter liked it. Little secret the Strawberry,Banana,Kiwi is awesome. Just experimenting different fruits and veggies. The pulp I believe I'm gonna use as Cole slaw for the veggies and like a fruit salad for the fruits mixed with cool whip. I have to admit, I was so afraid of using this machine that I let it sit unboxed for a week before I got the courage to try it. This is a device that usually only the "cool kids" can have. When I opened the box, my jaw dropped, the instruction manual gave a break-drown diagram that seemed pretty complicated. To my surprise however, it already had come partly assembled. So I was able to take it apart in reverse. Its simple enough to clean and even comes with a little cleaning brush for tight areas. Makes a loud noise when it started but there is a pre-warning in the box about that. I feel bad that I waited so long to add one of these to my kitchen. Iam juicing daily and feeling great! ts great knowing the kiddos are getting all of their nutrition without giving me a battle to drink it. You can drink it freshly juiced or chill it. For my boys, I have been juicing and freezing homemade pops with added probiotics. Can't say enough good things about this machine. Its made well and takes up very little counter top space. This is the very first juicer I have used or owned and I am in love with it! The instructions made it very clear how to set up the juicer and I was juicing just a few minutes after opening the box. They do recommend that you wash all of the juicer parts, except the base, in warm soapy water before using. I had baby carrots and gala apples in my kitchen so I decided to juice those. The carrots gave me quite a bit of pulp, only some juice. I did get a lot of juice out of the apples. The carrot apple juice was very delicious! I am looking forward to juicing many things! As for cleanup, you just disassemble the parts which is very simple and wash again with warm soapy water. You can also place these parts in a dishwasher, just keep them away from very hot water and the heat element of your dishwasher. Those could cause the parts to warp according to the instruction guide. Wipe the base with a damp cloth and you are good to go. I would highly recommend this juicer! This juicer is super quiet and very easy to use and clean and a nice size to leave out on my countertop. Most pulp comes out mostly dry. Cleaning is painless! I just separate the parts and put in sink with hot soapy water. I have juiced spinach, kale, ginger, beets, carrots, celery and many more. The juice looks and taste great! I liked juicing a lot but there is definitely a learning curve. As with anything using it helps you learn about it. There are definitely some fruits and veggies that dont work as well as others. The juicer worked for a couple of weeks. It started to get easily clogged and not much juice would come out. I would have to continually take it apart to rinse out the food that was stuck and not going through the machine. It wasted time and money.

if the pictures I've posted show up you can see the box it came in was smashed and the top of the box was torn off. Also had dead bugs all inside of the plastic bags in the juicer itself. Also had no instructions. Never have used it, I'm so grossed out by the condition they sent this to me. How could a company send this to the consumer like this? Wish I could of added more photos but it wouldn't let me.
